General Overview

 

 

Responsibilities

 

• Directly coordinate with Project Managers from different business units in various regions regarding scheduling, set-up, and deployment of email campaigns; ultimately ensuring that all email campaigns will be set-up accurately and sent on time
• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution, as required
• Generate and implement test strategies including A/B multi-variant testing to drive quality traffic and revenue-building activities and ensure maximum profitability
• Perform a high-level analysis on the performance of each campaign and communicate results and plans for improvement
• Ensure Eloqua is being used to its full potential and identify opportunities to improve ROI through
   better automation and targeting
• Other relevant responsibilities and duties as assigned
• Report to Team Leader of Design/HTML Team
• Designer/Email Marketer- Junior Executive is subordinate for this position

 

Qualifications

 

• Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/Communication Research/ Information Technology
• Three to five years of email marketing experience using various or any email platform like Eloqua, Exact Target, Silver-Pop, and others (Eloqua email marketing experience is an advantage)
• At least one to three years of digital marketing experience
• Coordination with different regions to ensure project deliverables are met
• Strong email marketing production experience
• Eloqua Master Certified or certified on other email platforms (i.e. Exact Target, Silver-Pop, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of :
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
• Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, or Creative Suite
• Understanding of landing page and form optimization best practices which drive conversion metrics
• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation skills
