Mike Lutz, Vice President of Human Resources

Mike Lutz leads the company's global Human Resources function and partners with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, leadership development, and integration of HR best practices across the global company. A Human Capital professional for nearly 30 years, Mike has extensive experience in deploying effective HR strategies within mid-sized to large, multi-national corporations such as Corning, Sara Lee Corporation, AT&T/Lucent/Avaya, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, and D&M Holdings. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations.
