Acknowledgement in HITEC 100 as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Hispanics in IT

Leo Casusol- December 11, 2013

It is not every day that you see your name on a prestigious list along with many other respected leaders across the globe. Last month, the Hispanic IT Executive Council’s (HITEC) unveiled their Top 100 most influential list. As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Liquidity Services, I am truly pleased to represent our company as a part of the HITEC 100.

Technology is a field that is continually changing and we have to be ahead of the curve to best serve our clients and global buyer base. As we transform the way surplus and idle assets and inventory are managed and disposed, we are implementing a strategic IT roadmap to anticipate future requirements in our industry. This includes the development and enhancement of robust platforms supported by secure and scalable infrastructure.

Our IT department is built on our core value of shared success. This translates to innovation, flexibility, and expert implementation on the key deliverables of our IT roadmap. Through an energetic approach to this important, growing area within our company, our IT leaders are collaborating with business leaders across the globe to deliver high performance technology. We are also focusing on diversity in our department and providing career pathways for our team members, while growing the department with dynamic positions for skilled IT professionals.

IT innovation will continue to deliver impeccable service to our clients across industries — including pharmaceutical, retail, consumer packaged goods, energy, government, manufacturing, and more. It is with great pleasure that I thank HITEC for this recognition. I am honored to be named alongside fellow HITEC 100 winners who are truly “the best in their careers, their companies and their communities” and look forward to continuing to set the benchmark for IT innovation in our industry.
